Hangers 2&3

I'm new to this forum and curious about the uses/fates of Hangers 2 and 3, and who is responsible for them going forward. I know of a great proposal in Orange County for the redevelopment of one of the Tustin MCAS hangers and wonder about these similar structures. Any help would be appreciated.
