I'm trying to track down information that might help us. We have a family member with confirmed diagnosis of mesothelioma (a very rare asbestos-related condition) who lived for a period at Moffett Field while serving in the military.

The incubation period for this illness is often 30-40 years, so it's not surprising cases will only now start showing up.
